Foreign exchange management department announced the date to include in the exchange rate of 24 kinds of commonly used, such as special currency transaction should be resolved in the following manner:

   (1) to the Foreign Exchange Management Department inquiry Exchange

   (2) the transaction value may be based on statistical Exchange Customs statistics provided by the Division (40 kinds of currency provided by the foreign exchange administration department of dollars monthly average discount rate) in terms of completing the price into dollars, while in the "Remarks" column of Note Ming actual transaction price and transaction currency.
